We are delighted to welcome you at The Masala , the best Indian and Bangladeshi Cuisine in Shrewsbury.
We have included many of your favourite Indian curries along with a careful selection of dishes which are unique at The Masala. The flavours of our Indian dishes are varied as the climate and people of Asia.
All preparations that are cooked in the tandoor are marinated in yogurt together with a special blend of herbs and spices. This process seals in the goodness. The blending and preparation of spices is centuries old craft and indispensable to Indian Cuisine.
